We use this information to respond to your inquiries and follow up with you. A session cookie links you to your conversation. Messages are stored on our servers and are accessible only to authorized administrators for handling inquiries and managing conversations. Messages are automatically deleted after 30 consecutive days of inactivity in the conversation. We also use IP-based request limits to help prevent abuse. Do not share passwords, verification codes, wallet private keys or seed phrases through chat. If you contact us through an external messaging platform, that platform’s privacy policy also applies.

When visit statistics are enabled, we collect your IP address, general device and browser information, pages visited, language, referring domain and estimated time spent viewing each page. A first-party cookie is used to distinguish browsers. These records are accessible only to authorized staff. The retention period is initially set to 30 days. Your IP address is sent to ipapi.is to estimate your approximate location.
