03 / About

Guiding Victims Back to Safe Harbor: A Measured Approach to Complex Challenges

Valiant Recovery Law helps individuals and businesses understand their options when assets have been lost to fraud or theft. Our work focuses on tracing asset movements, organizing supporting evidence and assessing potential routes to recovery, with particular attention to cryptocurrency-related fraud. Each matter begins with the information available: transaction records, relevant communications and an account of what happened. We review these materials to identify patterns, gaps and questions requiring further investigation. Our aim is to give clients a clearer understanding of what the evidence shows, what remains uncertain and which next steps may be appropriate. Cross-border matters can involve different legal requirements and procedures. Where assistance from local counsel or other specialists is needed, we discuss those requirements with the client as part of the assessment. Before an engagement begins, we agree in writing on the scope of services, fees and deliverables. We emphasize clear communication and realistic expectations throughout the process. Tracing assets can help inform recovery efforts, but it does not guarantee that funds can be recovered.
